This book describes a program called Business Camp, which we developed by refining our workshop methodologies originally created to advance internal branding practices.
The Business Camp was designed with a specific focus on achieving team-building outcomes.
It was also my very first project working with editor Mr. Matsunaga.
Interestingly, publishing this book also made me realize the existence of so-called "antis" — people who would quickly leave a one-star review on any book we released, no matter the content.
