79年さいたま市生まれ。慶應義塾大学商学部卒業後、02年に広告会社へ入社。 2015年より、未来洞察を基軸にしたイノベーション支援会社「株式会社SEEDATA（現SEEDER）」を創業。2021年には、広告会社内に「JVstudio」を立ち上げ、大企業とスタートアップの共創による新規事業創造に取り組む。これまでに流通、化粧品、飲料、行政、教育、エネルギー、メディア、自動車など30業界以上・300超のプロジェクトを経験。56件のJV支援・3年間で7件のJV設立を統括し、スタートアップ6社への出資・資本業務提携を主導（うち1社EXIT）。 現在は、リスキリングHRカンパニー株式会社HUG並びにRUH代表取締役、テック×カルチャーのHYTEK社外取締役を兼務。 また、社会貢献活動として、相模女子大学・多摩大学・法政大学などで非常勤講師を担当。個人の発信として、本ブログを展開中。 MBTIは「提唱者｜INFJ」、B型・双子座。格闘技観戦とFX投資が趣味。 著書に『バカにされたらありがとう』（幻冬舎）ほか。
